Your Privacy & Security
Your traffic ticket contains sensitive information. Here's how we protect it with attorney-client privilege and bank-level encryption.
How We Protect Your Data
256-Bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted to and from our servers uses bank-level encryption. Your ticket photos and personal information are protected in transit.
Secure Cloud Storage
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with SOC 2 compliance. We use the same security standards as major financial institutions.
Attorney-Client Privilege
As a law firm (Christine Whorton PLLC), all communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. Your information cannot be disclosed.
Limited Access
Only your assigned attorney and essential staff can access your case files. We use role-based access controls to protect your data.
Florida Bar Compliant
We follow all Florida Bar rules for client data handling, including Opinion 24-1 requirements for AI use in legal practice.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell your data. We never share your information with marketers. Your ticket is used only to defend your case.
Protected by Attorney-Client Privilege
Unlike ticket apps, we're a real law firm. That means your information has legal protection.
What Attorney-Client Privilege Means For You
- Everything you share with us is confidential by law
- We cannot be compelled to disclose your information
- Your ticket details cannot be used against you
- This protection extends to all staff working on your case

Data Handling Questions
What data do you collect?
We collect only what's necessary: your name, contact information, driver's license number, and the traffic citation details from the photo you upload.
How is my ticket photo stored?
Your ticket photo is encrypted immediately upon upload and stored on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers. It's accessible only to your legal team.
Who can see my case information?
Only your assigned Florida Bar-licensed attorney and essential support staff. All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements and Florida Bar ethics rules.
How long do you keep my data?
We retain case files for 5 years as required by Florida Bar rules for legal records. After that, data is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Can I request my data be deleted?
Yes. After your case is resolved, you can request deletion of your data. We'll comply within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Does your AI store my ticket data?
Our AI analyzes your ticket in real-time to find defects but does not retain personal information. Only anonymized pattern data is used to improve defect detection.
How We Use AI Responsibly
Our AI is a tool for attorneys, not a replacement. Here's how we ensure responsible use.
What Our AI Does
- • Scans tickets for technical defects
- • Compares against known dismissal patterns
- • Flags potential defense strategies
- • Provides initial case assessment
- • Assists attorney review (not replaces)
What Our AI Doesn't Do
- • Store personal identification data
- • Make final legal decisions
- • Communicate with courts
- • Share data with third parties
- • Replace attorney judgment
Florida Bar Compliance: Our use of AI complies with Florida Bar Opinion 24-1, which establishes guidelines for ethical AI use in legal practice. AI is used only as an internal analysis tool, with licensed attorneys maintaining full control and responsibility for all legal decisions and client communications.
