Opt-out confirmation: "Ticket Toro: You're opted out and will no longer receive texts about your case."

HELP reply: "Ticket Toro: We send non-marketing case updates & reminders. Email tech@tickettoro.ai for support. Reply STOP to cancel."

Explicit Opt-In Consent
